The decorations in Island Tang are done by Sir David Tang and place emphasis on a total sense of comport and an understated sense of luxury.
There will be no difference on what will be ordered from the comprehensive menu ranging from something as basic as wonton noodles to Yoshihama Abalone. Island Tang has 4 private rooms, each equipped with LCD Television and IT presentation facilities.
Three of these private rooms are interconnected and can form one larger private room. In the main dining area, there is a fashionable bar and an unparalleled cellar of fine wines of exceptional vintages.
